WELDING AND FABRICATION

Our primary trade started in the tower and communication field maintaining cellular towers for customers such as Sprint /Nextel, US Cellular, Alltel and Cingular. This includes welding and fabricating additional steel members to increase the strength and capacity of the towers.

In response to this need, we have added a welding fabrication division to our company. Based in Wilson, North Carolina we have three mobile welding rigs for on site welding fabrication and installation services.

We also have available a full fabrication shop including 7’x14’ NC Programmable Plasma / Oxy Fuel Cutting Table, 12’ press break, 10’ sheer and 6’ hydraulic roller. We have certified skilled welders and fabricators that are capable of working with carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

We have a good relationship with a galvanizer, so we can usually have small orders galvanized the same day, thus speeding up the time frame for completion of projects.
